New Member Induction - Brian Gorski is the newest member of our club! Assistant Governor Rhonda did the honors. He was sponsored by President Chip. Congrats, Brian!!
By-Law Changes Proposed - President Chip announced that the Secretary will be sending out proposed changes to the club's by-laws as recommended by the board at a special meeting on November 7. Stay tuned.
Vetsgiving Event - The event was held on Veterans Day on the property of the Sam Beauford Workshop. A Food truck was on hand between11-2. A veterans gallery show took place from 10-4. An Honor Guard was there, Rep. Bronna Kahle spoke along with other guests including Dena Koehn who presented awards. Volunteering from our club were Patty, Carrie, Chip, Rhonda and Kathye. Thanks everyone!

Fluency Friends - The program launched the week of November 7! Thanks to all who volunteered! Reading will take place in the school's library. Be sure and check in at the main office when you get there. If this is your very first time, ask to see Kathy Sielsky for instructions and you'll be all set to go.
Christmas Club Social - Be sure and mark your calendars for Sunday, December 11 at 3pm at Greg & Debbie DuMars. More info coming. It'll be a fun time.
Lenawee Cares - Remember to donate to programs of the Lenawee Community Foundation. All gifts stay in Lenawee with 10% of revenues collected going to the LC's Endowment Fund. Over 80 organizations benefitted from collections last year and with 20 of them having submitted requests for matching grants. You can mail your checks to: Lenawee Community Foundation, 1440 W. Maumee Street, Adrian, MI 49221. MEMO: Lenawee Cares Campaign. You may also request information about their Deferred Giving Program or their Legacy Society and even about ways to volunteer.
