Update - Yours Truly summarized the ZOOM meeting with members of the committee on April 13. Aaron Hacker has graciously pulled together the graphics we need to post on line so people can register. Nate Smith then came forward and reminded members that this was our biggest fundraiser this year! The date - Saturday, September 18! He then handed out a concise fundraising letter he and Chair Carrie Dillon signed so we can personally hand them out to prospective supporters of this year's event. Our lead sponsor is Auto Owners Insurance and an anonymous donor has pledged $2,000 to be used as a matching gift for new donors participating. In the package was a commitment form and a separate list of sponsors last year. He encouraged everyone to do their part and solicit other donors. For those of you not at yesterday's regular meeting, be on the lookout for a packet of these materials to be sent out soon. Nate said he would send everyone an email to let them know who has been contacted already so that we don't duplicate an "ask" or you can let him know when you contact someone yourself.
