NEXT BOARD MEETING
Next meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, December 9th at 5pm at the Comfort Inn in Adrian board room beginning at 5pm.
NEW MEETING SCHEDULE FOR 2026
Prsident Bob announced that beginning on January 8th of 2026, thye club will be meeting 3 times each month - the first 3 Thursdays of the month. Meal prices will be as follows: Pre-payers will pay $13 while those who "pay as they go" will pay $15 at the table.

LENAWEE COMMUNITY CHORUS PRODUCTION
Anne mentioned that the Lenawee Community Chorus will present its 58th annual December Concert on Sunday, December 14 at 3pm, at Adrian First United Methodist Church. Tickets are $15 for adults, free for students and children, and will be available for purchase at the door or at LenaweeChorus.org.
CANDLELIGHT VIGIL - HOSPICE OF LENAWEE
A very meaningful memorial service will be held next month for any community member who has experienced the loss of a loved one. The 2025 Candlelight Remembrance Service will be held on Sunday, December 14th at 6:00pm at the Adrian First Church of the Nazarene.
WREATH DELIVERY
They will be delivered to the dock at Goodwill off Division Street next Tuesday, the 25th at about 9am. Be sure and stop by to pick up the ones you sold unless other arrangements have been made. President Bob said he would be happy to drop them off if necessary.
SALVATION ARMY BELL RINGING
We are in critical need of volunteers for a number of other 1-hour shifts. We will be ringing at Hobby Lobby again on Froiday, December 5th. Please contact Chuck at chaslin1@comcast.net.

Rod asked for donations today and our generous members donated over $400. Here's a pic he sent me. You can drop gifts and/or donations at Rod's office on North M52 by the Skate-adium.

Chip mentioned that donations are being accepted at the United Menthodist Church on W. Maumee Street.
FOOD PANTRY DONATIONS
President Bob mentioned that the board approved contributions of $500@ to both the Fishes & Loaves pantry at the United Methodist Church as well as the one at St. Mary's/Joseph's Parish Food Pantry.

Patty tbhought it would be a good idea to get members to attend the annula lighting the first week of December.
CLUB ELECTIONS
Every year at this time, per the club by-laws, an official ballot is sent to all members with the list of candidates for the various offices as compiled by your Nomination Committee and sent to all members 2 weeks before the official election which is scheduled for Thursday, December 4th. That roster was presented at our November 6th regular meeting at which time additional nominations from the floor were requested of those present. Since there were no additional nominations at that meeting, the attached ballot reflects the final list of candidates. A notice was sent out recently with a ballot asking members who will not be able to attend the Decewmber 4th meeting to print off the ballot, complete it, scan and return. The ballot that was sent and will be printed for members present on December 4thy appears below.
