Adrian Rotary Enters Supermarket Sweep

Come encourage the Adrian Noon Rotary Team at this year's 3rd annual Supermarket Sweep. Sixteen teams compete in this timed event and shop from a pre-determined shopping list. Midwest Energy Cooperative pays for all the groceries and donates the items to a local food pantry. Teams pay a $50 entry fee and all fees are directly paid to the food pantry. The team of Greg DuMars, Tom Boldt and Dennis Swartzlander will "sweep" the aisles on Wednesday, June 9th at 9:30am at the West Maumee Street Country Market location. Come early and view the carts and team themes, have a donut and watch the mayhem unfold. This 5-minute dash for groceries benefits The Daily Bread.
