Two upcoming training opportunities will provide members of our Rotary Club with leadership skills.   The annual PETS (Presidents-Elect Training Seminar) training takes place this weekend in Kalamazoo. The purpose of the PETS is to provide club presidents with the necessary skills, knowledge, and motivation to lead an effective club. This training takes place in all 162 countries of the Rotary world every year during March. 

Great Lakes Rotary PETS is a multi PETS that includes Districts 6290 - NW Michigan plus  Ontario, 6310 - NE Michigan, 6360 - SW Michigan, 6380 - four SE Michigan counties and Lambton-Kent Co., Ontario, 6400 - SE Michigan, including. Wayne, Monroe, Lenawee Co. plus Essex Co. Ontario, and 6540 - Northern Indiana.  Representatives from local clubs including Noon Rotary's president elect Carol Souchock look forward to learning more about  Rotary at PETS.

Our club is part of Rotary's District 6400.  On March 31 the District 6400 Assembly takes place.  Breakout sessions include public speaking, public relations, membership, use of social media and more!
